Our titanium alloy heat shields are a quick, inexpensive and guaranteed method for managing excess brake heat on your track car.

Click for more detailed information. These alloy brake shields have a small fraction of the thermal conductivity of standard steel or aluminum materials used for brake pads and calipers, providing a critical thermal barrier between your glowing hot rotors and your hydraulic brake fluids. They give your track car the same proven brake heat mitigation materials used by major performance brake manufacturers like Brembo and top Formula One and NASCAR teams, for a small fraction of the cost.  They are precision engineered and machined to exacting specifications. Each shield is precisely designed to provide maximum coverage of the brake pad surface.  They can be installed in minutes using the same tools used to change your brake pads. Our shields have been track tested and proven on a wide range of race cars and tracks.

We have focused our catalog primarily on the most powerful, effective and widely used high-performance track cars driven by the most demanding drivers. If you can't find your car/caliper combo here please contact us to see if your car is a good match for inclusion in our catalog. If we determine that there is a good match it can usually be put in production within a few weeks.

Pricing is per-axle (i.e. front or rear axle, each set includes 4 shims, one for each brake pad on the axle). For maximum effectiveness we generally recommend application to both front and rear axles, however there will usually be greater benefit at the front axle than the rear.

To find your heat shield, use the "Full Catalog Listing" box at the top left of this page, or use our Search function.
